OUR TEAM

Our Team at RISE Adolescent Treatment Center

When your child is struggling, nothing matters more than knowing they are in caring, capable hands.

At RISE Adolescent Treatment Program, our team is made up of experienced professionals who specialize in working with teens — and who understand that families are an essential part of the healing process. We combine clinical expertise with compassion, structure, and genuine connection.

Specialized Psychiatric Care

Our program is led by a board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist who oversees each teen’s care. We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, thoughtful medication management when needed, and ongoing collaboration with families to ensure treatment decisions are clear and supportive.

We take time to understand your child — not just their symptoms.

Licensed Adolescent Therapists

Our licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) specialize in adolescent development and evidence-based treatment approaches such as:

•    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
•    Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
•    Trauma-informed therapies
•    Family therapy

Each teen participates in individual therapy, group sessions, and structured family therapy. We focus on building emotional regulation, coping skills, confidence, and healthier communication patterns — at home and beyond.

24/7 Support & Safe Structure

Our nursing staff and Behavioral Health Technicians provide consistent supervision, encouragement, and guidance in a safe, structured environment.

Our team is trained in trauma-informed care and adolescent engagement, ensuring your child feels supported — not judged.

Family Partnership

We believe parents are part of the solution.

Our team works closely with families through regular updates, structured family sessions, parent coaching, and discharge planning. You will never be left wondering what is happening in your child’s care.

Preparing for the Future

Treatment at RISE is not just about stabilization — it’s about helping your teen return home stronger. We coordinate with schools, outpatient providers, and community supports to create a thoughtful transition plan that promotes lasting progress.

A Team That Sees Hope

At RISE, we see more than anxiety, depression, or behavioral challenges.
We see potential.
We see resilience.
We see your child.
And we are honored to walk alongside your family every step of the way.
